Jennifer Ponticello, a former Equity Direct supervisor and SDC
account representative, joined the WCI Mortgage team in September
2006. Her almost 5 years experience with Wells Fargo, both in equity
and mortgage fulfillment centers, greatly aides her in assisting
home mortgage consultant Pam Totta. Together, they service customers
for WCI Communities in Northern Virginia and Maryland.
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Jen moved to the east coast with
her husband, Mario, and 3-year-old daughter, Katrina, little more
than two years ago. Mario, a podiatric resident at Inova Fairfax,
and Jen have been married for almost 5 years after meeting at
college in Iowa. While supporting Mario through medical school, Jen
worked as a reporter for a small-town newspaper before finding her
way to Wells Fargo. The career change has proved to be a valuable,
exciting experience for Jen and her family!
Cindy Reichle
joins WCI Mortgage, an Affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a
Home Mortgage Consultant. Cindy comes to us after having worked as
an Independent Contractor with Mortgage City Corporation for the
past year. She has her degree in Accounting, and had previously
worked in the accounting industry for 13 years. She is also a
licensed CPA and a licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of
Florida. She is currently working with WCI Communities in the Palm
Coast and North Florida areas.
With the
combination of Cindy’s strong financial background and mortgage
experience, her goal is to analyze each borrower’s needs and help
them to determine which financing options will help them to achieve
their overall financial goals. She prides her self in customer
service and the one-on-one attention that she gives to each client.
Cindy has been
married for 14 years and has three young children. As a working
Mother, most of her free time is spent with her family and revolves
around activities for the children. Cindy is thrilled to join the

I have been in banking for 26 years, I have done
everything from teller to Private Banking. The positions of Branch
Manager and Private Banking Officer gave me the most experience on
determining clients needs and finding the perfect financial
resolution. I have experience in Commercial Lending, Mortgage
Lending and Consumer Lending. I worked for Sun Trust Bank in Private
Banking and Mortgage Lending for 8 years, then I went to Wells Fargo
Private Mortgage Banking for the past 5 1/2 years. I have been a
consistent top producer for the past 7-8 years, I have been in
Leaders Club at Sun Trust Bank and Wells Fargo. In 2005, our Branch

Steve Somsen, a 14-year
veteran in the mortgage industry, has joined WCI Mortgage, an
affiliate of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Home Mortgage
Consultant. Steve has been with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for over 4
years, most recently as a Branch Manager for the Bonita Springs
office and as a Home Mortgage Consultant for a joint venture with
ReMax Professionals in Colorado. Prior to Wells Fargo, Steve worked
in a joint venture with Cendant Mortgage, the parent company of
Coldwell Banker. Steve will be covering PFWCI Bonita Springs
and McGregor as well WCI Communities’ Tuscany Reserve.
Steve is from Durango,
Colorado and obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Brooks Institute of
Photography, Santa Barbara, CA. He was a General Manager in the
luxury hotel industry before entering the mortgage field in the
early 90’s. Steve and his wife Nicole moved to Southwest Florida
from Colorado in June of 2005. Steve brings to WCI Mortgage an
extensive knowledge of Wells Fargo mortgage services, specializing
in new construction financing and joint venture relationships. His
interests include cycling, kayaking, scuba diving and photography.
